  Place the unworn apparel with original tags attached into a secure shipping satchel or box to ensure it arrives back in pristine condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any Australia Post location nationwide.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
